Terms worth knowing

  • Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. All purchases are final. Session purchases are valid for 30 days after purchase.
  • Memberships include a retail discount, a designated plus one, and one month rollover.
  • 10% off memberships for all military, veterans, teachers and police officers with valid ID.

Key terms and policies

Every member signs these agreements at enrollment. Here is what they say, in plain language.

Cancellation policy

  • Cancelling a membership requires written or electronically signed notice at least 30 days before your next scheduled automatic payment date.
  • Notice given fewer than 30 days before a renewal results in one final charge on the upcoming billing date.
  • No refunds are issued for payments processed after a cancellation request made less than 30 days before the billing date.
  • If you are charged for a final month, your remaining sessions stay valid for 30 days after that final payment. They cannot be transferred or shared.

Freeze policy

  • Memberships may be frozen up to 60 days per calendar year: one 60-day freeze or two separate 30-day freezes.
  • Freezes are unavailable during the first 90 days of a new membership, and a membership cannot be cancelled while frozen.
  • A $20 monthly maintenance fee is billed on your regular billing date during the freeze.
  • Full monthly dues automatically resume when the freeze period ends; no refunds are issued after resumption.
  • Unused session credits remain accessible during a freeze and expire 60 days from their original purchase date.
