All bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled within 12 hours of service. The full price of the service applies in the case of a late cancellation or no-show. If a member does not show up for a scheduled service, the session credit is forfeited. A courtesy reconfirmation email will be sent to you. Please call the lounge to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

All purchases are final.

Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase. Session purchases are valid for 30 days after purchase unless stated otherwise.

Yes. Gift cards may be purchased at the lounge or online. Our therapies are wonderful gifts to give and receive.

You must be at least 14 years or older to use our services, with a supervising adult 18+ to sign a consent form.

We do not. Parents will need to make arrangements for childcare outside of the lounge.

Yes. You can freeze your membership for up to 60 total days per calendar year. You may use the freeze all at once or split it into two separate periods during the year. Once you reach 60 frozen days, no additional freezes are allowed until the next calendar year.
